In this role you will drive advancements in Nordex wind turbine generator technology and related systems while leading diverse teams. You will provide technical guidance on engineering analyses and project execution, shaping product strategy and risk management. You will actively innovate and communicate across the organization, from shop floor to board level. Responsabilidades
• Degree in engineering, applied science, or equivalent
• Several years of industrial Ru0026D experience, preferably with complex systems
• Strong knowledge of engineering analyses, studies, and calculations in wind turbine technology
• Ability to collaborate across international and diverse teams
• Advanced proficiency in English and German or Spanish, with strong leadership and communication skills
• Hands-on, proactive mindset with decisive decision-making
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project
