Your Profile
Educational Background: Degree in engineering, applied science, or equivalent.
Industry Experience: Several years of industrial experience in research and development, ideally with complex systems.
Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of engineering analyses, studies, and calculations in wind turbine technology.
Collaborative Spirit: High degree of flexibility to work with all areas of the company in international and diverse teams.
Leadership and Communication: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with advanced proficiency in English and German or Spanish.
Proactive and Decisive: Hands‑on mentality with a strong decision‑making personality.
