At SEGULA Technologies, we are expanding our team to support a strategic automotive industrialization project, within a highly dynamic environment with direct impact on vehicle production.
We are looking for aComponent Lead Architectwith strong experience in industrial/automotive environments to lead component-related activities during the industrialization and launch phases.What will be your mission?
You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of a component perimeter during industrialization, ensuring achievement of cost, quality, and timing objectives, while acting as the main interface between plant, suppliers, and engineering teams.Your main responsibilities will include
Leading component activities during industrialization and ramp-up phases
Coordinating cross-functional teams (manufacturing, quality, engineering, suppliers, etc.)
Ensuring readiness for production (SOP) and smooth launch
Managing risks, deviations, and industrial issues on-site
Monitoring project KPIs: cost, quality, timing, and production performance
Acting as the key interface between plant, suppliers, and client
Supporting issue resolution during pre-series and serial lifeRequirements
Experience in automotive industrialization / manufacturing environment
Previous experience as Component Leader / Project Engineer / Industrial Project Manager
Technical background (Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or similar)
Experience in launch, ramp-up, or production phases
Strong understanding of plant operations and industrial processes
High level of EnglishNice to have
Experience with OEMs or Tier 1 in industrialization projects
Knowledge of automotive quality and production standards
Problem-solving mindset and ability to manage shopfloor issues
