SAUR is as a pure player in water and essential services, working to protect the environment in the heart of the territories it serves.SAUR International manages Group Saur's activities and business development in Spain, Portugal, Poland, GCC countries and French Overseas Territories, for a total headcount of 2,700 employees.Further details on our web site: 're currently hiring a Compensation & Benefits Specialist, to be based in our office, in Madrid, Spain.Aumente sus posibilidades de conseguir una entrevista leyendo la siguiente descripción general de este puesto antes de presentar su candidatura.Mission:As the Compensation & Benefits Specialist for Saur International, you will report to the Group VP people Analytics in charge of the compensation policy for the Group.Your role will consist of implementing Group Saur's global Compensation & Benefits policies within Saur international in accordance with the principles defined by the Group.You will support the development, implementation and governance of compensation and benefits policies across Saur International. You will ensure internal equity, external competitiveness, and compliance, while partnering with local HR teams to manage salary structures, benefits, mobility, and benchmarking.Key Responsibilities:Design and maintain global compensation frameworks and salary ranges within Saur International.Perform regular market benchmarking and salary studies to calibrate pay practices.Lead the global salary review and bonus processes in coordination with HR and Finance.Oversee benefits programs (e.g. health, pension, insurances) and negotiate with suppliers.Support international mobility policies, expatriation planning, and related adjustments.Provide data analysis, reports, and dashboards to senior management.Ensure local compliance while aligning global consistency.Facilitate training and guidance on rewards, job evaluation, and equity.Contribute to policy updates based on legislative changes or market trends.Be champion and referral for Workday deployment and run.Qualifications:5 to 10 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits within multinational environments, in specialist or individual contributor roles.Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Economics, or related field.Strong analytical skills, comfortable with data and benchmarking.Understanding of global reward practices, mobility frameworks, and governance.Proficiency with HRIS, data tools, survey platforms.Experience with Workday (preferable).Fluent in English; additional language (French, Spanish, Portuguese) appreciated.Certification (e.g. WorldatWork, CIPD) is a plus.What We Offer / Benefits:Global exposure: work across multiple countries and HR teams.Competitive salary range (to be defined per country) + performance incentives.Opportunities for international mobility and career development.Learning & development support.A culture of inclusion, sustainability, and purpose.Hybrid model. xcskxlj SAUR is a company committed to diversity and equal opportunities.
