Bringing in new engagement ideas and pushing community KPIs. Ideal Profile: Charismatic communicator with a natural online presence. Background in community management, social media, or influencer work. Deep knowledge of LATAM online culture, memes, and humor. Fluent Spanish speaker (native-level); strong English is a must. Russian-speaking candidates welcome if Spanish is fluent. Confident on camera — comfortable recording videos and going live. Resilient and positive even in heated discussions or feedback loops.
