Responsibilities
Turn activity into insight: transform PR, influencer, and media inputs into clear summaries and reporting that help the team make sharper decisions, always keeping accuracy and consistency high; bring plans to life by supporting the delivery of the Communications Plan and key brand initiatives.
Help shape major moments: contribute to flagship projects like the Ikos Kissamos Launch and Sani Rebranding, ensuring the right details, assets, and coordination are in place to execute smoothly.
Create polished communications outputs: support the team with presentation-ready materials, visuals, formatting, and proofreading so our work is always crisp, consistent, and on-brand.
Enable outstanding PR & influencer experiences: coordinate visit logistics end-to-end with agencies and operations, from itineraries and services to follow-up, so every stay is seamless and memorable.
Strengthen our communications engine: maintain trackers, contact lists, and reporting systems that keep our PR activity organized, visible, and easy to action across markets.
Support premium content platforms: contribute to initiatives like Ikos & Sani Magazines, helping gather content, ensure quality, and keep workflows on track.
Up to 2 years of experience in Marketing, Communications related fields (client, agency or consultancy).
Strong interpersonal skills are essential; we’re looking for someone who’s naturally confident building relationships, warm, professional, and comfortable collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders (internal teams, agencies, media and influencers).
Proactivity, Entrepreneurship mindset and ready to take ownership.
We are not asking for extensive background in Hospitality, but strong Passion for the métier and Sensitiveness to the luxury word will be evaluated.
Team Player used to work in high international environments; proficient in English (this is a must as the candidate will work 80% of the time in English); other languages (German, French, Spanish, Greek) will be highly valued.
Proved track record succeeds in fast-paced environments where flexibility and agility are key to deliver outputs.
