Join our dynamicCommercial Tech Ops teamand help drive operational excellence!Responsabilities: Manage small projects, governance tasks, and vendor relationships. Oversee incidents, maintenance requests, and problem resolution. Ensure continuous improvements and process optimizations. Act as the first point of escalation for operational challenges. Collaborate with external partners and internal stakeholders.Requirements: Fluency in English(global role with an international team). 5+ years experience, including: 2+ years with Salesforce exposure. 1+ year in a tech or business support role. Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills. Ability to define and improve operational processes. Proactive, solution-oriented mindset.Nice to Have: Business experience bridgingTech & Business Operations.
