For one of our esteemed global clients in the Medical Aesthetics and Dermatology industry, we are looking for an accomplished Commercial Head to spearhead their team in Iberia. We are actively seeking individuals who possess the acumen to formulate and execute a robust commercial strategy, inspire and lead a substantial commercial team through both first- and second-line management, all while championing change management and optimizing sales force effectiveness. Key responsibilities: Overseeing the P&L of the Aesthetics division in Iberia, ensuring a strong emphasis on profitability and sustainable growth. Leading the overall management of commercial operations for Iberia Aesthetics, encompassing the development and execution of business strategy and objectives, as well as fostering growth and profitability within the affiliate. Managing commercial operations, overseeing the sales team, optimizing sales force effectiveness, and engaging in negotiations with key stakeholders and customers. Cultivating positive external relationships with KOLs, Health Care organizations, and Government Authorities to enhance understanding of the company's products and differentiate them from competitors in the market.
