Traditional Resort Hospitality (Leisure-focused, Non–All Inclusive) About the Role We are currently engaging in confidential conversations with senior commercial leaders for an executive opportunity within a large‑scale traditional hospitality platform based in Mexico with strategic responsibility across the CALA region. This role has full accountability for the commercial performance of a multi‑resort, multi‑destination portfolio exceeding 3,000 keys. Scope of the Role Lead and evolve the commercial strategy across Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, Pricing and Distribution for a large hospitality portfolio, driving top‑line growth and profitability with full P&L responsibility. Drive performance across international leisure, wholesale and B2B segments with a strong grasp of seasonality and demand cycles, define and optimize the balance between direct channels and OTAs with long‑term value creation, and operate at multi‑resort, multi‑destination scale while partnering closely with Operations, Finance and Ownership. Build, develop and mentor senior commercial leaders across disciplines and geographies, and act as a key strategic voice within the executive leadership team shaping regional commercial direction. Experience & Background Senior commercial executives with deep experience in traditional hospitality, ideally at the VP Commercial / CCO / Executive Committee level, with demonstrated impact at portfolio scale in CALA markets and a strong understanding of regional commercial dynamics. Hands‑on leadership across Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, Pricing and Distribution, including direct channels and OTAs, is required. Experience managing preferably beach resorts is preferred. Strong strategic and financial acumen, including full P&L ownership and the comfort to navigate complex, owner‑led organizations, is essential. Spanish is highly valued.
