This opportunity involves working with approximately 20 different regional ministries to establish free access agreements for their education product in schools. The work will be project-based and ongoing, starting at 10+ hours per week with potential to scale significantly as more ministries engage.ResponsibilitiesConduct negotiations with Spanish regional education ministries via video calls and meetingsReview and translate standard education agreements from English to SpanishWork with Spanish-language ministry documents and ensure compliance with company standardsCommunicate directly with ministry officials in SpanishAddress ministry concerns about data security, safety protocols, and technical complianceCollaborate closely with the business development team on strategy and standardsQualificationsSpanish-qualified lawyer xcskxlj with commercial law experienceNative Spanish speaker based in Spain (location within Spain flexible)Experience dealing with public sector authorities and government bureaucracySenior-level attorney comfortable explaining technical security posture to government officialsAbility to work collaboratively with international teams across time zonesAvailable for ongoing, project-based work with variable weekly hours
