About Regi
Regi is the platform that automates regulations for vacation rental owners in Spain. Currently, we focus on the traveler registry compliance. But we aim to cover all possible regulations for our customers. We handle the bureaucracy so property owners can focus on growing their business rather than just surviving.
We launched publicly about a month ago. Our traction so far:

15 paying customers
1,400+ travelers registered
€9,000+ in potential fines avoided for clients
500+ hours of manual work eliminated

We\'ve won the Impulsa Startup program (Málaga Chamber of Commerce) and the University of Málaga Spin-Off competition. The product works. The market is massive. Now we need to grow.
The Opportunity
We\'re looking for a Co-Founder to lead marketing and growth. This is not a job. It\'s a chance to build something significant from the ground floor.
Our ambition
Regional market leader within 12 months. National presence within 24 months. Then: Portugal, Italy, and beyond.

What we don\'t offer
A salary. This role is equity-only. We\'re looking for someone who believes in the vision enough to bet on themselves.
What You\'ll Do

Own the entire marketing strategy and execution
Build and scale customer acquisition channels (Meta Ads, Google Ads, email marketing, and beyond)
Create compelling messaging that converts vacation rental owners
Experiment relentlessly to find what works
Shape the company strategy as a co-founder

What We\'re Looking For
The single most important trait: you go all in. We need someone with the mentality to commit fully and stay committed through the hard parts.
Beyond that:

Experience or strong aptitude in B2C digital marketing
Bias toward action over perfection
Resourcefulness — ability to do more with less
Native-level Spanish or English (both preferred)
Based in Spain preferred (Málaga ideal), but remote OK
