Role Overview
Arquitecto de Soluciones Cloud—lead technical bridge between client and delivery teams, ensuring aligned, business‑focused cloud solutions.
Responsibilities
Act as primary technical point of contact for client stakeholders.
Develop deep understanding of client’s cloud, legacy apps, processes, culture.
Translate business objectives into an evolutional, pragmatic technology roadmap.
Lead co‑creation workshops and design sessions to align capabilities with client needs.
Design robust, scalable, secure multi‑cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, Google).
Serve as technical authority for delivery teams, providing design details, governance principles, and best practices.
Escalate complex technical challenges and guide resolution.
Validate implementation meets defined architecture and quality standards.
Establish and maintain architecture governance framework; maintain documentation as single source of truth.
Track technological trends and evaluate new services/tools adding client value.
Qualifications
5–7 years practical experience designing and deploying complex cloud solutions on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Strong foundation in networking (VPC, peering, DNS, firewalls), storage, SQL/NoSQL databases, Linux/Windows operating systems.
Experience integrating cloud environments with on‑premises (hybrid) architectures, APIs, event buses, integration patterns.
Software development familiarity (Python, Node.js, or Java) and observability tools (Sonar, Prometheus/Grafana, ELK/EFK, etc.).
Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM) and CI/CD principles; container orchestration (Kubernetes, OpenShift); and understanding of the software lifecycle from design to deployment and maintenance.
Experience designing secure architectures (ISO 27001, GDPR, etc.) and applying secure‑by‑design principles.
Strong business acumen, exceptional communication, influence, problem‑solving, resilience, and patience with complex environments.
Desirable: Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert); prior consulting or managed services experience; bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecom Engineering, or related field.
