Experteer Overview
In this Cloud Administrator role you will manage day-to-day cloud platform operations and service delivery. You’ll work cross-functionally with Cloud Operations, Engineering, Sales Operations and Support to ensure services are delivered and maintained per defined processes. You’ll handle cloud cases, perform technical tasks, and maintain runbooks and documentation to support audits and improvements. The role emphasizes operational execution over phone support and offers autonomy within a people‑first culture that values impact and collaboration.

• Handle cloud-related cases and requests via ticketing systems (no inbound phone support) and perform technical fixes per defined procedures.
• Route, escalate, and track cases to ensure timely resolution.
• Perform routine cloud administration tasks across customer and internal environments; support configuration changes, access updates, and maintenance.
• Validate requests for completeness and compliance with internal standards; execute tasks aligned with service descriptions and OLAs.
• Create, update, and maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles; document recurring issues and improvements; produce operational reports.
• Maintain records for audit, compliance, and internal reporting purposes.
• Work with sales order forms, service requests, and handovers from Sales/Delivery; ensure orders are documented and ready for execution.
Responsabilidades
• Previous IT operations or service desk experience.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (or similar ITSM) for case, request, and incident management.
• Ability to perform standard technical fixes and administrative tasks following documented procedures.
• Strong process discipline and attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience producing operational/service reports.
• Experience creating and maintaining operational/technical documentation and clear written communication.
• Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
