Experteer Overview
In this role you will provide clinical leadership for regional and global trials, partnering with Project Leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver studies with high quality, timely recruitment, and operational excellence. You will work within Global Study Leadership to drive patient enrollment, site performance, and regulatory compliance while shaping study delivery across diverse therapeutic areas. This role offers exposure to multiple diseases and global sponsors, enabling you to broaden therapeutic expertise and leadership capabilities. You will help optimize processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that accelerate patient access to new medicines.

• Lead clinical delivery of regional and global studies ensuring quality, timelines, recruitment and operational objectives
• Drive patient recruitment and site engagement strategies to meet enrolment targets
• Collaborate with Project Leaders and cross-functional teams to achieve milestones and maintain operational excellence
• Provide leadership and guidance to clinical teams, supporting resource planning, training and project delivery
• Manage clinical risks and oversee quality standards with proactive mitigation
• Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders for effective communication
• Support financial oversight including forecasting, budgeting and scope change identification
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing, including mentoring less experienced staff
• Support proposal development, bid defence activities and clinical delivery planning for new opportunities
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related discipline
• 5+ years of clinical research, monitoring, or clinical operations experience in CRO/pharma/biotech
• Strong understanding of clinical trial conduct, ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements
• Experience leading clinical study delivery including recruitment, site management, and quality oversight
• Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and manage global stakeholders
• Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational and decision-making skills
• Experience supporting project financial management and operational planning is desirable
• Passion for advancing clinical research and improving patient outcomes worldwide
