We are looking for reliable, experienced cleaners and keyholders to assist with houses and apartments across the Costa Blanca.Responsibilities may include:Cleaning houses and apartments between tenants or guestsPreparing properties before arrivalsChanging bed linen and towels when requiredKey collection and handoverCheck-ins and check-outsCarrying out basic property checks and reporting any damage or maintenance issuesEnsuring each property is clean, secure and ready for the next arrivalRequirements:Previous experience with cleaning or managing rental propertiesReliable, flexible and detail-orientedAble to work independently and follow a checklistOwn car and willingness to travel between propertiesAvailability on different days and at varying timesAbility to communicate in English; Spanish or Norwegian is an advantageThe amount of work will vary, with the possibility of regular assignments.
