About the role We are looking for a Chief Hospitality Officer to lead our entire Hospitality vertical: Property Management and Operations. This is one of the most strategic positions in the company, reporting directly to the CEO. Your mission will be to design, optimize, and scale every process that makes our properties run excellently. We are not looking for someone to manage day-to-day operations — we have an experienced Director of Operations for that, who will report to you. We need someone who thinks in systems, efficiencies, and scale. What you'll do • Lead the strategy and execution of the entire Hospitality vertical (Property Management + Operations). • Define and optimize end-to-end processes: from property onboarding to ongoing tenant and owner management. • Oversee 5 operational sub-areas (Maintenance, Cleaning, Warehouse, Quality, and Check-ins) through the Director of Operations. • Establish clear KPIs, reporting systems, and continuous improvement mechanisms. • Identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities across all areas under your responsibility. • Lead digital transformation projects and operational tooling (CRM, FSM, dashboards). • Own the Hospitality P&L, optimizing costs without compromising service quality. • Sit on the executive committee and participate in the company’s strategic decisions. • Build a culture of operational excellence, data-driven and focused on constant improvement. About you • 10–15 years of professional experience, with at least 5 in operations leadership or management roles in hospitality, proptech, or real estate. • Background in management consulting (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or similar) combined with operational experience. • Proven track record leading teams of 30+ people and managing significant operational budgets. • Demonstrated history of process optimization and efficiency improvements at scale. • Strong analytical mindset: comfortable with data, KPIs, and metrics-driven decision making. • Experience in digitalization or operational transformation projects. • Strategic vision combined with hands-on execution capability. • Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to manage through other leaders.
