RED is now supporting a leading international client in the consumer goods sector on a large-scale transformation project and are looking for a Change Management & Supply Chain Consultant to join the team. This role combines strategic change management expertise with deep knowledge of supply chain processes and will be key to driving successful project delivery across multiple functions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead large-scale transformation initiatives, driving organizational change and aligning business processes.
Define, drive, and manage changes to people, processes, and systems.
Provide leadership and clear communication to senior business and IT stakeholders.

Key Requirements

+8 years of experience in supply chain and change management roles, with proven leadership in complex transformations.
Deep understanding of SAP S4 and its applications in supply chain.
Strong change management expertise in the consumer sector or similar industries.
Fluency in English (advanced); additional Spanish skills a plus.
Proven experience in defining, driving, and managing changes to people, processes, and systems.
