The RoleWe’re looking for a CFO at ecosystem level to work closely with the CEO and Founder. This is not a traditional CFO role. The mission is to design, structure and protect the financial architecture of a growing multi-company platform.Key ResponsibilitiesCashflow management across the ecosystem and venturesStructuring and monitoring licensing fee modelsManaging intercompany loans, repayments and interest structuresSupporting refinancing processes with banks and financial partnersBuilding simple, scalable financial frameworks for replicationRequirementsSenior finance background (CFO / Head of Finance) in scale-ups, platforms or multi-entity structuresStrong entrepreneurial mindset and cashflow-first approachComfortable with ambiguity and fast decision-makingExperience with licensing or recurring fee models is a plusInternational experience (NL / ES preferred)ConditionsLocation: Netherlands or Valencia (weekly office presence if Valencia-based)Full-time or strategic part-time, depending on fitCompetitive compensation based on experienceSTAK (sweat equity) discussion after 6 monthsLong-term relationship focus
