Experteer Overview
In this role you enable data-driven decision making to grow categories by translating market and shopper insights into actionable strategies. You will support commercial and product teams, shaping category plans and compelling stories for customers. You’ll monitor trends, pricing, and performance to back innovation and launches, collaborating across marketing, product development, and sales. This is a cross-functional, impact-driven position that combines analytics with storytelling to strengthen customer partnerships and drive growth.

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or similar
• 3-5 years of experience in FMCG, category management, or consumer insights
• Strong analytical skills and ability to link data to business strategy
• Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing abilities
• Commercial mindset with strong business acumen
• Experience with market research tools (Nielsen, GfK, consumer panels) is a plus
• Fluent in English; other languages advantageous
