Captains Needed
We are seeking experienced captains to lead vessel preparation ahead of the spring mission and command at sea where required. Captains are responsible for safety, navigation and crew leadership. Certification is welcome, but proven experience may also qualify depending on vessel type and local requirements.
Key Skills
Command judgement and safety leadership
Navigation, passage planning and watch management
Weather assessment and routing
Clear communication with crew and shore teams
Familiarity with procedures, documentation and basic compliance checks
Work Options
On a boat at sea during operations
On land pre-departure (checks, sea trials, training)
Remote support (planning, routing, safety guidance)
Experience that's valuable: Motor boats, commercial vessels, fishing boats, RIBs and sailing yachts (30ft+). Coastal and offshore passages and leading mixed‑experience crews are a plus.
