Captain and Chef couple for dual season 76ft SYWe are seeking an experienced Captain/Engineer and Chef/Stew couple team to take full responsibility for a 76ft performance sailing yacht. The vessel is ideal for home cruising with family as it is competing on the racecourse. The crew accommodation is very comfortable for a couple.The yacht operates a dual-season program, spending summers in the Mediterranean and winters in the Caribbean, racing in a variety of regattas on both sides of the Atlantic.She is used privately by hands-on racer/sailor owners and commercially for charter in both the Med and Caribbean.As is typical for a yacht of this size, both crew members must be hands-on and willing to assist across departments when required.The owners are looking for a professional, enthusiastic, and fun crew couple who can bring structure, organisation, and positive energy to the program.Yachtmaster Ocean (Commercially endorsed)Ideally AEC Engineering (with strong electrical engineering)Advanced medical trainingBasic diving a plusSTCW, ENG1.Minimum 2 years as captain on similar size yachtTeamplayerChef/Stew:Proven Chef's experience and a natural passion for creative, healthy cookingSTCW + ENG1Level 2 HygieneBasic medical training a plusExperience to assist the Captain on deckWatersports and diving a plusHospitality and housekeeping experience is a distinct advantage
