ppThe Campus Director of Data Center Operations has full operational, financial, and leadership accountability for one or more data‑center campuses onsite in the Southern Region. This role is responsible for ensuring safe, reliable, and compliant operations of mission‑critical infrastructure while delivering exceptional service to customers and stakeholders. /p h3Key Accountabilities /h3 ul liProvide overall leadership and direction for all data‑center campus operations. /li liMaintain 24x7 operational readiness and accountability for uptime and life safety. /li liOversee operation and maintenance of mission‑critical infrastructure systems. /li liEnsure adherence to maintenance programs, MOPs, and EOPs. /li liOwn campus‑level OPEX and CAPEX budgets and financial forecasting. /li liLead, mentor, and develop site leadership and operations staff. /li liEnsure compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental requirements. /li liServe as senior site representative for customers and stakeholders. /li liOversee vendor performance, contracts, and service delivery. /li liEstablish KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives. /li /ul h3Required Skills /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business, or related field. /li li10+ years of experience in data center or mission‑critical operations. /li li5+ years of senior leadership or site management experience. /li liStrong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems. /li liProven budget and vendor management experience. /li liExcellent leadership and communication skills. /li /ul h3Desired Skills /h3 ul liExperience in hyperscale or colocation environments. /li liFamiliarity with Tier III / Tier IV standards. /li liExperience supporting large‑scale expansions. /li liProfessional certifications such as PE, PMP, CFM, or CEM. /li /ul h3Salary /h3 pThe listed salary range for this position is an estimate based on the competitive job market.
