Roles
CRO & PPC Manager — proactive, curious — supports the marketing team across a variety of tasks.
Responsabilidades

Assist with content creation and simple designs in Canva.
Support copywriting, idea generation and creative brainstorming with tools like ChatGPT.
Help update and manage content in WordPress (no coding required).
Assist with Google Ads setup and ad creation (under guidance).
Participate in creating Meta / TikTok ads – both visual and video (together with a video editor).
Support the execution of CRO experiments and A/B tests.

Qualificaciones

Good sense of design and content structure.
Fluent or advanced English (written + verbal).
Ability to work in a remote team and ask for help when needed.
Simple video editing workflows.
