The position reports to the Marketing & Sales Manager and operates within the Autonomous Mobile Robotics GSC.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesCreate, implement, and update the Business strategy for Industries accounts and Partners (General Industries, Consumer Industries and Logistics) in coordination with the ABB Robotics Sales Manager.Coordinate sales activities, creating added value for the customer and ABB, with a clear focus on increasing market share, profitability and customer satisfaction.Lead the development and implementation of the Business strategy, including account plans and growth actions.Evaluate and prioritize accounts.Define sales targets for the accounts and ensure they are achieved with a structured follow‑up process across countries and sales teams (through the sales plans).Drive constant dialogue with the different ABB country sales teams (through the sales plans).Monitor competitor activity and ensure appropriate action is taken based on market feedback to the organization and product management.Contribute to the creation of Combined Solutions (Robotics + AMRs) by feeding market knowledge and customer demands.Work model: Versatile regarding location; we value the possibility of residing in Madrid, Burgos, Valencia, Barcelona, etc.Qualifications for the Role10+ years of experience in Sales, working as Key Account Manager, Business Developer or Industry Manager with automation and technology products in the reference market.Demonstrated experience in management of customer accounts and sales strategy.Knowledge of manufacturing processes in several industries such as metals, plastics, electronics and others.A collaborative, solution‑focused approach, with strong communication and customer relationship‑building skills.University degree and training in Engineering or similar.Fluent in English.BenefitsLunch Allowance/Cantine: Enjoy subsidised meals or cantine access depending on your location.Company Car: If you’re in a sales role, you’ll get a company car.Home Office Flexibility: Work from wherever suits you best thanks to our flexible remote work options.Company Mobile Phone: Stay connected with a corporate phone – no need to mix work and personal calls.Benefits Platform: Enjoy exclusive deals and discounts on everything from tech to travel through our employee benefits portal.Learning & Training: Take advantage of a wide range of learning opportunities to grow, upskill, and move forward in your career.Flexible Work Practices: We support a healthy balance between your professional and personal life.
