Your Role and Responsibilities
Working within the Autonomous Mobile Robotics GSC, the Business Developer Industries creates, implements, and updates the business strategy for Industries accounts and Partners in coordination with the ABB Robotics Sales Manager. In this role, you will coordinate sales activities, creating added value for the customer and ABB, with a clear focus on increasing market share, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Work model: We are flexible regarding location and value the possibility of residing in Madrid, Burgos, Valencia, Barcelona, etc. If this suits you, feel free to apply and we will consider it.
In this role, you’ll help drive real impact in the AGVs/AMRs business inside Robotics division.
Leading the development and implementation of the business strategy, including account plans and growth actions.
Evaluation and prioritization of accounts.
Defining sales targets for the accounts and ensuring they are achieved with a structured follow‑up process across countries and sales teams.
Driving constant dialogue with the different ABB country sales teams.
Monitoring competitor activity and ensuring appropriate action is taken given market feedback to the organization and product feedback to Product Management.
Contributing to the creation of combined solutions (Robotics + AMRs) by feeding market knowledge and customer demands.

Qualifications For The Role
+10 years of experience in sales, working as Key Account Manager, Business Developer, or Industry Manager with automation and technologies products in the reference market.
Demonstrated experience in management of customer accounts and sales strategy.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes in several industries such as metals, plastics, electronics and others.
A collaborative, solution‑focused approach, with strong communication and customer relationship‑building skills.
University degree and training in Engineering or similar.
Fluent in English.
