Business Process ConsultantLocation: Spain (Remote)Company: Core XAbout Core X:At Core X, we don't just optimize workflows, we reinvent how work gets done.We help global enterprises simplify complexity through intelligent digital processes built on Service Now.As a trusted transformation partner, we bring together people, process, and technology to make work more human, efficient, and impactful.Now, we're growing our consulting practice in Spain and looking for a Business Process Consultant who's ready to lead meaningful change.What You'll Do:As a Business Process Consultant, you'll be a trusted advisor to our clients, guiding them through the full lifecycle of process improvement from discovery and design to implementation and continuous optimization.Your responsibilities will include:Asegúrese de presentar su candidatura con toda la información solicitada, tal como se expone en la descripción del puesto a continuación.Partnering with business and technical stakeholders to assess current processes and design optimized workflows.Leading process mapping, documentation, and gap analysis sessions.Identifying automation opportunities and aligning process design with Service Now capabilities.Translating business requirements into functional design specifications for technical teams.Supporting change management, user adoption, and performance measurement efforts.Providing mentorship to junior consultants and contributing to practice development initiatives. What You Bring:3+ years of experience in business process consulting, service management, or digital transformation.Experience working with Service Now (or similar workflow automation platforms) is highly desirable.Proven background in ITSM, HR, or CSM process design.Strong knowledge of process frameworks (ITIL, BPMN, etc)A structured, analytical mindset paired with curiosity and empathy.Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills; from executives to delivery teams.Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).Fluent in Spanish & English proficiency a plus.
