Business Development Representative (UK&I) Join to apply for the Business Development Representative (UK&I) role at Infor As a Services Business Development Representative (BDR), you’ll help customers get more value from their solutions by connecting them with the right service offerings from cloud modernization and adoption to optimization and best‑practice enablement. You’ll generate qualified opportunities through smart outreach, discovery, and simple value‑based messaging, partnering closely with Services Sales and account teams to drive pipeline and customer outcomes. Run discovery conversations to understand business needs, challenges, stakeholders, and timelines. Position service offerings that help customers modernize, adopt innovation, and improve outcomes (value/ROI‑focused messaging). Build qualified pipeline for Services Sales and relevant overlays. Coordinate warm handoffs with clear context (customer need, impact hypothesis, next steps). Maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking in CRM and follow a defined territory/coverage plan. Use customer signals and insights (adoption, support trends, usage patterns where available) to prioritize accounts and personalize outreach. What Success Looks Like Consistent pipeline generation and high‑quality opportunity qualification Strong qualification and opportunity progression through clear next steps Excellent territory execution and prioritization Credible and relevant messaging that bring value to our customers. Basic Qualifications English (native/fluent), any additional language is a plus Good interpersonal, negotiation and persuasive skills Strong communication skills and comfort speaking with customers Organized, proactive, and resilient, comfortable with outreach and targets Interest in building a long‑term career in B2 B sales and customer value Preferred Qualifications First experience (internship/part‑time) in sales, customer‑facing roles, or B2 B environments Familiarity with CRM tools (e.G., Salesforce) and customer platforms (a plus) Interest in cloud, digital transformation, services, and value‑based selling Benefits Clear and motivating progression path to develop and grow Flexibility to work between home and office (Hybrid: office + 2 days per week WFH) Competitive and attainable compensation structure with extra incentives.
