NovaMetro is expanding! We're looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our global team and bring input into building strategic partnerships in the telecommunications sector. About UsWe are a group of companies specialising in telecom software development and operating as a niche international telecom provider. We deliver Voice and Messaging transit services to B2B clients around the world: including carriers, aggregators, and enterprise partners. Key ResponsibilitiesWorking with potential and existing partners’ pipeline: sourcing, evaluating, and exploring potential opportunities with the partner’s representativesManaging end-to-end partnership cycle: negotiating with potential partners, building sufficient business cases, handling further onboarding processes (contract terms, technical interconnection, etc.)Contributing to pricing strategy and preparing competitive commercial offersIdentifying emerging trends and untapped opportunities through industry and competitor researchBeing the face of NovaMetro at global telecom conferences and industry events✅ What We’re Looking For3+ years of experience in Business Development in Voice and/or Messaging telecom servicesDeep understanding of interconnection models, telecom pricing, and regulatory aspectsExperience working across international markets, with a global mindsetExcellent communication and negotiation skills — fluent, persuasive, and clearFlexible, collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solvingHigh level of personal organization and time managementFluency in English (spoken and written) What We OfferRemote work format: we have globally distributed teamA personal mentor to guide you through onboardingA team of professional and supportive colleagues: on average team members stay with us 6+ yearsOpportunities for training and professional growth: we attend industry conferences and continuously improve our knowledgeRegular team-building offsite events (twice a year or more)Perks: company-sponsored language courses, access to mental health support, holiday gifts, and morePlease include a cover letter, explaining why you believe you’re a good fit for the role and what aspects of the position caught your interest.
