About the Role
We are an innovative mortgage solutions company catering to both resident and non‑resident profiles looking to acquire a mortgage for property in Spain. We operate under two distinct brands to better address the unique needs of our clients:
Bayteca for Residents.
Mortgage Direct for Non‑Residents.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Acquisition & Expansion – Identify, engage, and onboard new collaborators (real estate agencies, financial advisors, and other key stakeholders) who can generate mortgage leads.
Lead Generation through Partnerships – Build and maintain relationships with partners to ensure a steady stream of high‑intent mortgage leads.
Strategic Outreach & Prospecting – Actively research and contact potential partners via cold calls, emails, networking events, and social selling.
Sales‑Driven Execution – Set ambitious acquisition goals, track performance, and consistently strive to exceed targets.
Negotiation & Closing Deals – Persuasively communicate our value proposition to convert prospects into long‑term business partners.
Market Insights & Optimization – Analyze performance data and industry trends to refine strategies and improve lead acquisition efforts.
Ideal Candidate
You love sales and thrive in it: You have experience, ideally in B2B environments (B2C experience is also valued).
You’re a communicator: You can simplify complex messages and connect with diverse audiences.
You’re coachable: You embrace feedback and actively use it to improve.
You’re analytical: You quickly grasp new and complex concepts.
Qualifications
Experience: 2–3 years in a similar role, with proven success in account or partner management.
Language Skills: Proficient in English (C1/C2 level).
Availability: Willing to work on‑site 4 days per week and travel for events as required.
Nice to Have
Experience in a startup environment.
Previous experience in the real estate market.
