We are looking for a bcommercial professional with a strong network in EPCM- real estate /b, capable of positioning IPS as a trusted technical partner for the transformation and delivery of real estate assets. /ppbWhat is the role About? /b /ppbr/ppAs Business Developer selling EPCM Services for the Buildings/Real Estate industry, you will drive business growth across the logistics, residential, hospitality, and offices in the private and public sectors. /ppThis position requires close collaboration with marketing and operations teams, client relationship management, and revenue generation at local and international levels, reporting to the Commercial HUB and the International Business Industry Manager. /ppResponsible for generating strategic client relationships, high-value opportunities, and connecting clients bwho need /b EPCM and consultancy solutions. /ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities /b /ppbr/pulliIdentify and originate new business opportunities in Spain and international markets /liliBuild and manage a strong commercial pipeline /liliDevelop long-term relationships with senior decision-makers in the real estate sector /liliLead proposals, negotiations, and deal closing /liliSecure framework agreements and repeat business with key clients /liliCoordinate with technical and marketing teams to convert opportunities into projects /liliAct as the commercial interface between clients and delivery teams /li /ulpbr/ppbTargets /b /pulliAnnual sales operations up to €2M. /liliAcquisition, growth and retention of key strategic accounts. /li /ulpbr/ppbWho are you? /b /pulliUniversity Degree; background in Architecture or Engineering highly valued. /liliOver 10 years of professional experience in Engineering/Architecture Firms or Consultancy Services, at least 5 years in Real Estate. /liliExperience in cross selling services, consultancy and technical expertise. /lili“Hunter” mindset. /liliExcellent communication and negotiation skills. /liliFluent in English, French, and Spanish (mandatory).
