⚡We are hiring: Business Developer – (T&D Team)⚡AtCHINT Electric , ourT&Dbusiness keeps growing.We are looking for aBusiness Developerto strengthen our position inHigh Voltage , while keeping an eye on opportunities that go beyond transformers — including medium voltage solutions.This role is about expanding markets, building relationships and developing business opportunities across the HV (and MV) landscape:
Identify new customers and markets in utilities, EPCs and industrial sectors.
Develop long-term partnerships with stakeholders in T&D projects.
Work closely with the technical and application engineering teams to turn specifications into business.
⚡ Promote CHINT’s HV solutions (transformers, substations, AIS/GIS, switchgear).✅ Requirements
Proven experience inbusiness development or salesin theHigh Voltage or Medium Voltage industry .
Strong understanding ofT&D projects, EPCs and utilities .
Technical background or ability to handle technical-commercial discussions.
Fluent inEnglish and Spanish(both mandatory).
Availability to travel.
Entrepreneurial mindset, result-oriented, with strong networking skills.Location:Madrid (hybrid work model).
