ph3About the Role /h3 pWe are looking for a switched‑on Data Analyst to manage and evolve our reporting pipelines, analytics and automation workflows across European digital transformation unit supporting sales and marketing programs. /p pThis role goes beyond traditional reporting. It combines designing, building, and maintaining end‑to‑end data pipelines ensuring high‑quality, standardized and scalable reporting for the business. /p pThis role has a strong focus on reporting ownership, automation and data quality, while working closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to ensure data is translated into reliable insight and effective decision‑making. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Reporting and Analytics Foundations /h3 ul liEnd‑to‑end ownership of reporting frameworks and data pipelines /li liEnabling consistent, decision‑ready reporting across the European business through automated reporting and ad‑hoc analysis. /li liEnsure a high level of data quality, consistency and reliability across all reports. /li liContribute to the continuous improvement of reporting infrastructure and metrics definitions. /li /ul h3Automation and Process Improvement /h3 ul liIdentify opportunities to streamline, automate and optimise analytics and data processes. /li liDesign, execute and continuously improve scalable and automated reporting and analytics solutions. /li liDefine and document data pipelines, dependencies and sources. /li liCoordinate with IT and Data Platform teams on the implementation of automation and enhancements. /li liSupport sustainable and well‑governed processes rather than ad‑hoc solutions. /li /ul h3Business Partnership Enablement /h3 ul liWork closely with business stakeholders translate business objectives into clear analytical requirements and reporting specifications. /li liSupport digital transformation initiatives by providing trusted data and analytics foundations. /li /ul h3Reporting Analysis /h3 ul liSupport insight generation related to customer behaviour and business performance, in collaboration with advanced analytics or specialist teams where relevant. /li liOwn the end‑to‑end lifecycle of dashboards and reporting. /li liPerform structured and ad‑hoc analysis to support business questions and priorities. /li /ul h3AI-Enhanced Analytics /h3 ul liExplore opportunities to leverage Generative AI to automate reporting narratives and insights generation, improve data, accelerate development of data pipelines. /li /ul h3Required Experience /h3 h3Experience, Skills Profile /h3 ul liProven experience in a Business Data Analyst, BI Analyst or Analytics role. /li liProven ability to collaborate with Data Engineers and Data Analysts to build infrastructure. /li liELT mindset and familiar with dbt concepts. /li liComfortable with Python for data processing, scripting and automation. /li liExperience working with Cloud Data Warehouse (ideally Snowflake). /li liAdvanced SQL skills (Data modelling basics, complex joins and transformations, query optimisation). /li liHands‑on experience creating and maintaining reports and dashboards using Power BI and DAX. /li /ul h3Personal Attributes /h3 ul liComfortable owning analytics deliverables end‑to‑end. /li liAble to drive clarity in ambiguous situations. /li liComfortable working in a multicultural, cross‑functional environment as a team player. /li liProfessional written and spoken English is required. /li liEU citizenship or valid work permit required. /li /ul h3Working Conditions /h3 ul liHybrid work model: 2 days in the office and 3 days remote per week. /li /ul h3Key Skills /h3 pAccountability, Collaboration, Data Analysis, Data Pipelines, Data Processing, Process Improvements, Report Analysis, Report Automation /p h3What's In It For You? /h3 ul liElective Benefits: Our programmes are tailored to your country to best accommodate your lifestyle. /li liGrow Your Career: Accelerate your path to success (and keep up with the future) with formal programmes on leadership and professional development, and many more on‑demand courses. /li liElevate Your Personal Well-Being: Boost your financial, physical, and mental well‑being through seminars, events, and our global Life Empowerment Assistance Programme. /li liDiversity, Equity Inclusion: It's not just a phrase to us; valuing every voice is how we succeed.
