4–6 years of experience in Business Analysis roles within complex, cross-functional environments
Strong hands‑on experience gathering, documenting, and managing business and functional requirements
Solid understanding of system integrations and API‑based solutions (REST/SOAP), with the ability to bridge business and technical teams
Proficiency in data analysis, ability to interpret datasets, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable insights
Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and contributing to sprint ceremonies
Fluency in English (spoken and written) as this is your primary working language
A background or genuine interest in sustainability frameworks and ESG reporting is a strong plus
Elicit, analyse, and formalise business requirements from stakeholders across sustainability, IT, and operations teams
Map and document end‑to‑end business processes, identifying gaps and recommending system or process improvements
Collaborate with technical teams to design and validate integration solutions, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical delivery
Conduct data analysis to support sustainability reporting, KPI tracking, and performance evaluation
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions with cross‑functional teams to drive consensus on requirements
Contribute to the definition and execution of UAT plans, ensuring delivered solutions meet business expectations
Support the integration of sustainability objectives into core business processes and digital initiative
