Location Madrid, Spain Mission We are seeking an innovative, disciplined, and results‑oriented Business Analyst with relevant technical, business, and influencing skills to work in the Data Strategy & Analytics group within the Corporate Finance organization. As a Business Analyst, you will contribute to the development and execution of our Data Strategy & Analytics roadmap to guide the organization’s vision and effectively utilize data and analytics to derive critical insights about our business. Primary support/focus will be on our Dynamics 365 Projects Module , with crossover support to other business applications. Responsibilities End-to-end administration responsibilities of Dynamics 365 Projects Module Performing PMO related activities with regards to project creation, modification, and close-out Coordinating with various business teams regarding Time Sheet and Expense Management Creating process documents for all PMO activities and updating them on a regular basis Simplify and communicate complex concepts to our business partners to drive data-driven outcomes Escalate issues to relevant stakeholders and drive to a resolution Provide necessary coaching, mentoring, and training across multiple stakeholder groups to drive adoption of PMO processes Flexible and capable of prioritizing competing tasks, timelines, and work streams Requirements / Profile Minimum Qualifications 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations) Prior Finance/Accounting experience related to Project Management, Project Forecasting, and Project Revenue Recognition Prior experience in generating functional and technical requirements documentation Prior experience in developing/performing relevant QA Testing Prior SQL experience preferred Prior Power BI Report Design and Deployment preferred Ability to break down complex problems and projects into manageable goals and align data initiatives with the overall Data Platform Strategy Ability to influence across all levels of the organization and to partner effectively with cross-functional teams Highly motivated self-starter with ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision and direction Must be flexible and willing to work to meet the demands of the business which may include evenings, weekend, and holidays International travel may be required; must possess a valid Passport and/or Travel Documentation If you love the challenge as much as the rewards and are ready to take your career to the next level, apply today. #J-18808-Ljbffr
