We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our team for a multinational leader in the technology sector.

Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for microservices and API integrations.
• Collaborate with architects and developers to design scalable, service-oriented solutions.
• Analyze and optimize database queries, stored procedures, and logic using PL/SQL.
• Define and document API contracts, payloads, and integration workflows.
• Support testing activities by validating API responses, database transactions, and service interactions.
• Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritization of technical features.
• Ensure alignment between business processes and technical architecture.

Skills:
Essential:
• Strong experience as a Business Analyst in technical and complex environments.
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture and service-oriented design.
• Experience with PL/SQL and database analysis.
• Hands-on experience with APIs (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML).
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts to business stakeholders.
• English level B2 or higher.
Desirable:
• Experience with API documentation and testing tools (Postman, Swagger).
• Familiarity with tools such as Confluence, Azure DevOps, Visio, or SQL Developer.
• Experience in systems integration across multiple platforms.
