Experteer Overview
In this role you analyse business processes and drive improvements to boost performance. You will work with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements, define scope, and ensure deliverables meet business needs. You align with senior leaders on structure, operating model, and regulatory requirements, and you validate outcomes through testing. You will collaborate in a global environment to translate business needs into actionable technical solutions that support agile delivery.

• Specify and document new business processes or systems
• Feasible integration of business processes into technical solutions within time and budget constraints for the Scrum team
• Align with (senior) business stakeholders to understand structures, operating model, and regulatory requirements
• Validate fulfilment of business requirements via test cases, test procedures, and user acceptance testing
• Ensure involvement of relevant business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Responsabilidades
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in software delivery projects
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong conceptual, analytical and problem solving abilities with data-driven decision making
• Ability to drive and manage change and challenge the status quo
• Experience working in a global environment with distributed teams
• Bachelor in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or Information Systems (or equivalent)
