We are working with a fast-growing international tech scale-up that is embarking on a global rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across 50+ countries. This is a unique freelance opportunity to join a dynamic, international environment where you will play a key role in enhancing and stabilising finance processes, implementing localisations, and supporting ambitious global expansion. The role is hybrid, based in Madrid with 2–3 days in the office per week, offering the chance to work with smart, driven professionals on a high-impact, international project. This is an excellent position for a freelancer looking to combine functional finance expertise with technical proficiency in Business Central, or vice versa, while contributing directly to the success of a rapidly scaling business. Support the global rollout of Business Central as a freelance expert, covering general finance functionality enhancements, stabilisation, and localisation. Provide functional and/or technical insights to optimise finance operations and ensure compliance with local requirements. Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective BC solutions. Contribute to knowledge sharing, training, and documentation to enable self-sufficient teams globally. Proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, either from a functional finance or technical perspective. Strong understanding of finance processes, including general ledger, accounts receivable/payable, and multi-country reporting. Experience in international ERP rollouts, ideally across multiple jurisdictions. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic, and hybrid work environment.
