Company Description Circular Music is a performing arts company based in Tricase, Italy. The company develops and produces live performances, collaborating with artists and professionals from the music and theatre sectors. Team members have the opportunity to contribute to the growth of performing arts projects presented to diverse audiences in international contexts. We are looking for a Booker and/or PR professional to join us during WOMEX 2026, for the three-day trade fair taking place on 21, 22 and 23 October 2026. Role Description The Booker / PR will be responsible for planning and coordinating the performance schedule of the artists represented by Circular Music, managing relationships with venues, festivals and event organisers. As a Booker, the selected candidate will negotiate performance fees and contractual terms, coordinate schedules, verify artists availability and oversee the logistical aspects related to live performances. The role also involves maintaining and developing professional relationships with national and international partners, identifying touring opportunities and contributing to the companys promotion and booking strategies. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Tricase, Italy, requiring a consistent office presence and close collaboration with both the artistic and administrative teams. Qualifications The ideal candidate should have strong organisational and planning skills, including experience managing complex schedules and coordinating tours and live performances. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, together with the ability to negotiate contractual terms and maintain professional relationships with venues, festivals and booking agencies. Previous experience in the performing arts or live music sector is highly desirable, as well as familiarity with booking procedures, basic contract management and the dynamics of the live entertainment industry. * A good command of English and additional foreign languages, proficiency with office software and management tools, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a flexible, goal-oriented environment will be considered significant assets.
