Our client, an international technology-driven company is looking for a Bilingual Executive Assistant to support senior corporate leaders while also supporting office management activities if needed. Providing direct Executive Assistant support to senior Corporate leaders, with occasional support to additional stakeholders within a Corporate team to facilitate their daily work routine Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements and managing itineraries, logistics and documentation across global time zones Processing and monitoring executive expense reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission Booking and coordinating internal and external meetings, including preparation or supervision of meeting rooms, materials and logistics Office General Support (if needed): Overseeing relationships with office suppliers and service providers, ensuring quality and issue resolution Supporting general office organisation and contributing to a professional, functioning work environment Candidates must be comfortable working in English and Spanish and the Microsoft Office package and relevant software (Slack, etc.). Experience of at least 8-10 years as an Executive Assistant in a multinational corporate environment will be highly valued. A minimum English level of C (CEFR) is mandatory for this position. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, well presented, proactive and resourceful, with excellent communication skills and the ability to operate independently. They will be comfortable liaising with senior executives and international stakeholders, acting as a trusted support figure while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
