Key Responsibilities Delivers unparalleled guest services, ensuring each guest’s stay is personalised and unforgettable. Coordinates and supervises the daily operations of the Bellman’s team, cultivating a collaborative and high‑performance work environment. Provides leadership in the development and implementation of innovative Bell Services programmes to elevate guest satisfaction. Conducts regular training sessions for the Bellman’s team, ensuring they are well‑versed in the latest industry trends and adhere to our luxury service standards. Keeps abreast of industry trends, while continuously seeking opportunities to enhance the guest services offered. Maintains up‑to‑date knowledge of the surrounding area, including beaches and restaurants, and suggests suitable options when requested by guests. Manages and promptly resolves guest inquiries and concerns, guaranteeing a seamless and positive guest experience. What We’re Looking For A proven track record in a similar role within a luxury hospitality environment, delivering guest experiences. Demonstrated ability to improve guest satisfaction through consistent service delivery and attention to guest needs. Maintains an Insta‑worthy appearance at all times, aligned with the Group’s signature grooming standards. In‑depth knowledge of guest relations, local attractions and industry trends. Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and holidays, in line with the dynamic needs of The Pacha Group’s high‑energy operations. Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English and Spanish. Additional languages are a definite plus. Hold the legal right to work in Europe, including any required visas or work permits, in full compliance with local regulations. Previous experience in Forbes or leading quality assurance (LQA)‑rated properties will be advantageous, demonstrating a strong commitment to luxury service standards.
