About the Role: An opportunity has arisen for a Guest Service (Bellman) position to join our Rooms Department in Jumeirah Mallorca. The main duties and responsibilities of this role are: Ensure all guests receive personalized, warm, and courteous service throughout their stay, from check-in to check-out. Efficiently unload luggage from vehicles upon arrival and load luggage for departing guests, ensuring no damage and a courteous farewell. Greet guests upon arrival, direct them to the Reception Desk, and direct them to their rooms with attention to detail. Deliver efficient, polite, and attentive service to exceed guest expectations and contribute to their overall satisfaction. Provide consistent service that aligns with the hotel’s standards of excellence, ensuring safety, efficiency, and a memorable experience for guests. #J-18808-Ljbffr
