Responsible for assisting the bartenders in mixing drink orders for patrons. Responsible for cleaning designated areas, in accordance with policies and procedures, morning/evening routines and hygiene requirements. Responsible for stocking private bar carts, clipboard and uniform. Must be able to clean all private bars, private bar carts, and storerooms. Must possess the ability to stock all necessary items for the bar (i.E. glasses, mixing equipment, etc.) Must have the ability to slice and prepare all fruit garnishes.
