Key Responsibilities Design and build robust, maintainable Rails applications. Develop and maintain integrations with third-party platforms (e.g., SSO, SCIM, APIs). Ensure smooth data flow and system interoperability across services. Write clean, well-tested code and participate in thorough code reviews. Requirements Multiple years of experience as a back-end developer specialized in Ruby on Rails. Experience with SSO via SAML/Active Directory. User lifecycle management (e.g., SCIM). RESTful API communication. Experience with Sidekiq, PostgreSQL, Redis, Git. Knowledge of RSpec and Capybara for testing. Experience with Capistrano (CI/CD). Worked in AWS cloud environment.
