Experteer Overview
In this role you will design, program, and support automated electrical systems to modernize manufacturing processes. You will collaborate with process engineers and technicians to troubleshoot and improve controls, schematics, and power distribution while gaining hands-on site exposure. Your work will help migrate obsolete controls, enhance safety through arc-flash considerations, and drive technology upgrades. This is a hands-on, cross-functional engineering position in a fast-growing global division.

• Develop, program, maintain, modify, and support HMI and PLC systems
• Design, update, and improve electrical schematics and diagrams with redlines
• Work with AC/DC motors and power distribution systems
• Collaborate with maintenance to migrate obsolete controls and ensure NEC, IEEE, NEMA compliance
• Troubleshoot electrical/electronic infrastructure and provide root-cause analysis
• Research and development of new technologies to update industrial electrical systems
• Advance electrical/electronic/control/robotic systems through technological modernization
• Support Maintenance to maintain Arc-Flash models and identify improvement opportunities
• Coordinate with Engineering for project development and execution plans
Responsabilidades
• Experience in Manufacturing Plant Electrical Engineering with knowledge of NFPA 70
• Proven project leadership experience
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred)
• Experience with Siemens/Allen-Bradley PLC programming or willingness to learn
