Assist the store manager in the commercial development of the store, respecting brand image and customer experience within the store.

Develop the store sales turnover: implement TOD'S sales policy within the store, set sales objectives, analyze results, implement the selling ceremony, highlight products per visual policy, collaborate with visual merchandising, set up CRM actions, analyze sales reports, propose action plans to exceed objectives.
Ensure good stock management: control restocking, participate in inventories, control discrepancies, analyse sell‑through.
Team management: plan store activity, determine actions, communicate with staff, lead briefings, set individual goals, identify improvements, train new employees, motivate the sales team, evaluate employees, follow development actions.
Ensure brand image: perfect display respecting visual identity, comply with customer service guidelines, manage post‑sales requests, follow operating rules.
3–4 years store experience, ~2 years minimum team management experience.
Management, luxury sales and hospitality techniques.
Knowledge/sensibility of the world of luxury and fashion, especially shoes.
Fluent Spanish and English.
