As part of our international growth strategy, we are looking to incorporate a Sales Assistant to support our commercial activities across international markets. This position will work directly alongside our Sales Engineering and Business Development teams, supporting the development of opportunities and the execution of advanced warehouse automation projects. The role combines commercial coordination, customer interaction, proposal preparation, market follow-up, and internal project support. The ideal candidate will act as a key interface between customers and HUBMASTER’s internal teams, ensuring smooth execution of commercial processes and contributing to the successful conversion of opportunities into projects. Main Responsibilities Commercial Support & Opportunity Management Support Sales Engineers throughout the full commercial cycle, from lead qualification through proposal issuance and contract award. Prepare commercial documentation, presentations, proposals, quotations, and customer communications. Coordinate customer requests and ensure timely internal follow-up. Maintain CRM systems and ensure pipeline visibility and forecasting accuracy. Track ongoing opportunities and support negotiation preparation activities. Conduct market and account research to identify new business opportunities. Support outbound commercial initiatives and customer relationship development. Customer Coordination & International Communication Serve as a day-to-day contact for customers during early commercial phases. Coordinate meetings, agendas, site visits, trade fairs, and reference visits. Facilitate communication between international customers and internal technical teams. Assist in preparing executive summaries and commercial documentation for international clients. Proposal Development & Internal Collaboration Support preparation of cost estimations and commercial analyses. Ensure proposal quality, consistency, and compliance with customer requirements. Administrative & Commercial Operations Prepare periodic sales reports and KPI dashboards. Support contract administration and documentation management. Assist in organizing exhibitions, customer events, and marketing activities. Maintain commercial databases and document repositories. Profile Requirements Education & Experience Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales support, technical sales coordination, business development, inside sales, or commercial operations. Experience in industrial, automation, logistics, engineering, or B2B environments is highly valued. Technical Skills Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Canva/PowerPoint. Experience working with CRM systems (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot or similar). Ability to understand technical proposals and commercial documentation. Basic knowledge of industrial automation or warehouse systems is considered an advantage. Personal Competencies Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
