Livensa Living is seeking a dynamic and service-oriented Assistant Manager to support the daily operations of our residence. The ideal candidate will have strong experience as a Front Desk Manager in hotels or similar hospitality environments , with proven leadership skills, operational expertise, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.The Assistant Manager will work closely with the Residence Manager to ensure smooth operations, high occupancy levels, resident satisfaction, and compliance with company standards.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Residence Manager in overseeing daily operations of the property.Lead and supervise the Front Desk team, ensuring exceptional customer service standards.Manage check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and resident inquiries efficiently.Handle complaints and resolve issues professionally and proactively.Monitor occupancy rates, billing processes, and administrative procedures.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and external suppliers to maintain service quality.Assist in budget control, reporting, and performance tracking.Support sales and marketing initiatives to maximize occupancy.Act as Manager on Duty in the absence of the Residence Manager.RequirementsProven experience as a Front Desk Manager in hotels, serviced apartments, or similar hospitality environments (minimum 2–3 years).Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role.Start date: As soon as possible.
