Experteer Overview In this role you support the Contracts and Risk Manager by guiding framework management and delivering contract management across project teams. You provide NEC contract expertise, contribute to framework development, and create training and guidance materials. You will manage data, governance, and stakeholder communications to drive continuous improvement. The position supports environmental outcomes and requires collaboration with internal and external partners. Compensaciones / Beneficios • Support development, procurement, and mobilisation of commercial frameworks • Assist with preparing and reviewing contract documents, guidance, and tools • Provide NEC contract expertise to project teams and live frameworks • Develop and deliver training, templates, and best practice guidance • Support commercial capability initiatives, knowledge sharing, and stakeholder engagement • Maintain commercial resources and communications via SharePoint and Viva Engage • Collect, analyse, and present data to support continuous improvement • Support governance activities including meeting coordination, approvals, and action tracking • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective framework and contract management Responsabilidades • Experience in supporting framework or contract management, ideally in infrastructure, construction, FCRM or environmental programmes • Ability to identify and monitor risks and raise concerns with clear, factual information • Experience collecting feedback and contributing to improvements • Strong organisational and time management skills; ability to handle priorities and deliver high-quality outputs • Effective communication and teamwork; able to build relationships and share information clearly • Proficient written communication; competent in MS Office; experience drafting reports, newsletters, briefs, and documentation Requisitos principales • generous pension provision • leave entitlement • flexible working • excellent training and development opportunities • professional membership reimbursement • supportive, diverse workplace
