Experteer Overview
In this role you define and validate assembly processes to deliver robust, cost-efficient manufacturing solutions for new products. You collaborate with design teams, suppliers, and plants to industrialize and ready production. You specify assembly equipment, support DFx, and guide ramp-up with cross-functional teams. You will contribute to manufacturing excellence while advancing the company’s sustainability mission. • Define manual and automated assembly processes per product and manufacturing needs
• Support Design teams with manufacturability constraints and DFx activities
• Prepare technical specs for assembly equipment and workstation design
• Participate in supplier evaluation and quotation analysis
• Oversee assembly equipment design, manufacturing, and validation at supplier facilities
• Coordinate implementation of assembly processes and equipment in production plants
• Support production start-up and resolve ramp-up issues
• Maintain technical documentation and monitor project milestones and deliverables
Responsabilidades
• Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering degree, or equivalent technical qualification
• Knowledge of manual and automated assembly processes
• Experience with assembly equipment, workstation design, and industrialization projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with cross-functional and international teams
• Fluent English (mandatory)
• Willingness to travel mainly within Europe and occasionally outside Europe
