We are looking for a Artwork Technician to join our dynamic Artwork team. SUMMARY OF POSITION To liaise in an effective manner with all stakeholders related to the artwork processes in order to achieve safe and timely signoffs of artwork. To perform quality checks to all artwork provided by our clients, and proofs provided by our CMOs. ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE Reports to VP, Artwork RESPONSIBILITIES Primary responsibilities of this role include the following: Responsible for ensuring that artwork is processed within defined timeframes and following the most up to date guidelines and quality checks. To liaise with clients to ensure that timelines are met, and workflows do not become stagnant. Responsible for recording artwork related activities to ensure integrity of data. Enroute artwork revisions through change control system as appropriate QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS Excellent spoken and written English is essential. High level of Adobe Illustrator and InDesign is essential. Completed secondary education, ideally in arts / media related courses Having worked in the pharmaceutical industry is not essential, but highly desirable. Having worked in the media / design industry and/or having studies in media/design is required. Excellent communication skills. Strong focus on precision and detail to technical elements.
